Wash Bay Components
Truly modular, this system can be expanded as customer requirements change. Modules can easily be added to extend the wash bay to any required length.
The system is constructed off site and transported to your site within a few weeks, thus reducing on-site time and speeding up the installation process.
Opt for a recycling unit with the wash bay to recycle all wash water for re-use. This can also include an oil-and-water separator for added benefits. This is a very effective, water saving solution for your wash bay installation.
Structure
The platform is constructed with sectional steel panels and is encased with side screens to reduce water spillage and evaporation. The platform is angled which easily and conveniently drains the waste-water into the silt trap.
Extensively customisable, the wash bay can be constructed as a basic washing system to as large as accommodating a 30t-27m wash platform. Suitable for all industries and sites.
